1. All jewelry sold on this store is independently designed and developed by us. Material, specifications, craftsmanship, and other details are clearly stated on product pages (e.g., 925 sterling silver, alloy, gold-plated, silver-plated, stainless steel, cubic zirconia, pearl, etc.).
2. Material disclosures comply with relevant regulations including FTC guidelines, EU REACH, and California Proposition 65:
   • Products containing restricted substances (nickel, lead, cadmium, etc.) will carry required warnings;
   • Products labeled “hypoallergenic”, “nickel-free”, or “lead-free” have passed third-party testing (e.g., XRF, EN 1811); test reports are available upon request.
3. Visual differences due to monitor color calibration or lighting are not considered product defects; the physical product shall prevail.

3. Orders & Payment

1. We are liable only for manufacturing defects in the jewelry itself, not for skin allergies, personal injury, or indirect damages (e.g., business loss, opportunity cost) resulting from wear.
2. We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, policy changes, logistics disruptions, etc.).
3. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
